They gave me an arrival time, but appreciating the urgency made it to me before that, were polite to deal with and better value for money than any of the comparative quotes I’d be given. Now knowing the level of service they provide I wouldn’t waste my time with the other organisations I rang (and who first appeared in my google search), I’d go straight to Northside Locksmiths. Mixed feelings about this one. Cost more than the deadbolt ($44) to get a deadbolt re-pinned ($50)... but on the other hand it literally took 10 minutes to do the job... on the other-other hand $50 for 10 minutes work.... deadbolt works perfectly and staff are super friendly.
