Excellent value and reliable. I would highly recommend them. After waiting unsuccessfully all morning for a representative of 24 Hour Locksmith Services to arrive I called Northside Locksmiths. They gave me an arrival time, but appreciating the urgency made it to me before that, were polite to deal with and better value for money than any of the comparative quotes I’d be given. Now knowing the level of service they provide I wouldn’t waste my time with the other organisations I rang (and who first appeared in my google search), I’d go straight to Northside Locksmiths. Mixed feelings about this one. Cost more than the deadbolt ($44) to get a deadbolt re-pinned ($50)... but on the other hand it literally took 10 minutes to do the job... on the other-other hand $50 for 10 minutes work.... deadbolt works perfectly and staff are super friendly.

We went into Northside Locksmiths to get a master key lock system, Emily served us and was so brilliant with her customer service skills.

Highly recommended. We had our car stolen, which was retrived but not the keys. Will our service guy was fantastic, kind and compassionate, as well as professional, with two new keys coded in within no time. Very happy customers.

Old-school professionals! Was told that due to being a Friday afternoon it was unlikely it would get done as they were busy. I understand that. Was called back about half hour later as they made some time and completed the job. A job, mind you another locksmith company couldn't do because it was too complex and took 3 weeks to finally give up. 10/10 service, Emily was friendly and assisted anyway she could. Reassuring professional businesses still exist. If you need anything locksmith wise. These guys are the ones!

Called for a locksmith thinking it was Northside Locksmiths, turns out it was a very dodgy scam company. Northside immediately followed up, investigated how I got the dodgy locksmith and offered to fix the problem which is the kind of service you just don't get anywhere these days. Very grateful and now I have Northside Locksmith saved to my phone numbers I won't get scammed again.
