Used twice for replacement car keys and a broken door lock. Both times very happy with the work. Nick was great, as was the other guy, whose name I forget. First guy was running 15 minutes late but rang me to tell me. Nick was spot on time. Prices are good too.

He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and even trimmed the corners around the lock for a smooth, professional finish. He explained how everything worked in a friendly and easy-to-understand way, and made sure the smart lock was functioning perfectly before he left. He even saved me from accidentally throwing out what I thought were just marketing keyrings — turns out they were the NFC card readers! 🙈😬 Really appreciated the attention to detail and great service. Hunter was excellent, I came in just before close with my car keys snapped in half inside the ignition trying to leave work. Luckily I could still get the car started so I went to northside locksmiths and hunter was extremely helpful. He still did the job, even though I arrived just before close and went truly above and beyond. He was quick and professional and I am glad I didn’t go anywhere else. I hadn’t been having a great day but that did put a smile on my face. If I ever need a locksmith I will be back here because of people like hunter.

Called for a locksmith thinking it was Northside Locksmiths, turns out it was a very dodgy scam company. Northside immediately followed up, investigated how I got the dodgy locksmith and offered to fix the problem which is the kind of service you just don't get anywhere these days. Very grateful and now I have Northside Locksmith saved to my phone numbers I won't get scammed again.

Woman in the shop was very helpful and I booked for a visit and the tradesmen was very nice and came on time and he sorted out extra stuff that I had thought about without an issue. Price $500 for breaking a lock and changing 3 other others to get one matched key.

Recently contacted Northside Locksmiths to help with a failing door lock that was above my skill to sort. Both Will and Emily were great in the office, and the technician who completed the job today was friendly, on time, and quicker than expected based on the photos sent through! They were able to replace the problem lock, as well as re-key the rest of my locks into one including a replacing another lock that I never quite got around to. Would recommend the team to anyone who needs some work done!
