  • Lock repairs, installations, and rekeying
  • Key cutting and duplication
  • Electronic and digital lock systems

We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem a job unsafe or unlawful.

3. Bookings and Call-Outs

  • Service bookings may be made via phone, email, or online.
  • Emergency and after-hours call-outs may attract additional fees.
  • You must ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present at the premises during the time of service.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes are provided based on the information supplied and may change upon site inspection.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Warranty and Liability

8. Emergency Services

While we aim to provide fast emergency response, service times may vary depending on availability, traffic, and weather conditions. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and documentation is the intellectual property of Northside Locksmiths and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
